Five-step process

Everybody’s journey is different. But it always starts with your Employment Adviser understanding your job goals and your personal circumstances. Read on to find out more about how our personal support can help you.

1. Registration

To begin your Midlife MOT journey you need to book your initial consultation with an Executive Coach.

2. Assessment

You’ll receive an online assessment to complete. It contains a range of diagnostic questions that analyse your work, wellbeing and wealth.

3. Consultation

Once your assessment is complete, you’ll have a 45-minute consultation with an Executive Coach to go through the results. They can help you review your goals for later life and develop a plan to achieve them.

4. Support and Workshops

Group workshops are provided by our Executive Coaches and Health Coaches. Each workshop is based on either work, wellbeing or wealth.

You also have access to over 100,000 online courses on Reed Courses to help you upskill and enter into a new sector or career.

5. Review

You’ll get two additional progress reviews with your Executive Coach or a Health Coach and then a final review to check in against your original plan and identify any next steps.
